Doing Business in Slovenia
The Doing Business in Slovenia manual presents the current Slovenian business legislation, business environment and practical conditions for performing business in Slovenia in a structured and comprehensible manner.
It is divided into 12 chapters and more than 200 subchapters providing practical information about the export-import regime and foreign investment regime, the securities market, public purchasing and concessions, establishing companies and subsidiaries, labour legislation, the tax regime and accounting requirements as well as other conditions for performing business in Slovenia.
