NEW! CMSR Methodology for the evaluation of official development assistance (ODA) projects

In November 2025, the Centre for International Cooperation and Development (CMSR) published updated Methodology for the evaluation of official development assistance (ODA) projects.
The criteria were revised from 2024 onwards in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs (MZEZ), the Ministry of Finance (MF), and the Ministry of the Economy, Tourism and Sport (MGTŠ).
The new criteria have been published on the CMSR website and will be used to evaluate project proposals in upcoming calls, as well as in project planning and implementation processes in the fields of international development cooperation and humanitarian assistance.
