Ceremonial inauguration of the Reconstruction of the public lighting project in the Municipality of Gradiška, Bosnia and Herzegovina

On October 6, 2023, the ceremonial inauguration of the project Reconstruction of the public lighting in the Municipality of Gradiška was held. With the help of CMSR, the city of Gradiška replaced 6126 old lamps with LED lamps. The goals of the project were to reduce electricity consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and light pollution, increase traffic safety, and mitigate climate change. After the implementation of the project, CO2 emissions and electricity consumption decreased by 72 percent. The inauguration of the project was attended, among others, by the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Damijan Sedar, the advisor in the Cabinet of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Slovenia, Ms. Špela Paščinski, the Mayor of the City of Gradiška, Mr. Zoran Adžič, and representatives of CMSR (Maja Čargo, Mojca Kopše, and Dejan Prešiček).
