Participation in the regional round table of Slovenska Karitas: How can companies participate in international sustainable development and humanitarian aid?

On 30 August 2023, Maja Čargo, Senior Expert at the Department of International Development Cooperation, took part in a regional round table entitled How can companies participate in international sustainable development and humanitarian aid?, organized by Slovenska Karitas, as part of a strategic partnership with the Ministry of foreign and European affairs of the Republic of Slovenia.

The round table, which took place in the premises of the Incubator in Celje, was dedicated to the importance and possibilities for the inclusion of Slovenian companies in cooperation with Slovenian non-governmental organizations in international development cooperation and humanitarian aid.

Examples of good practices of cooperation between companies and non-governmental organizations from sub-Saharan Africa, the Western Balkans and other parts of the world were presented at the event.
